This slower pace has been really great and it has benefits in all departments.īelow, I’ve added my favorite snaps from the week on some of the epic adventures we have been out on. It may sound simple but I’m sure many of you are the same and always need to be doing something. I feel like for the first time in a long while I am getting better at taking some time outside of adventure, blogging, and fitness to just chill and think. Adventure by day, document, edit, and publish by night. It’s actually a nice schedule and has allowed me to daily blog while here on Madeira, which is how I like to do it. Beaches, waterfalls, and viewpoints are combined with blogging and a little tanning by the pool on the ‘off’ day. I’ve been sticking to the one day of hiking one day of not hiking schedule. There’s no great meaning in it this week just a lot of little efforts, adventures, sunrises, and moments that I’ve gone for it, and luck has been on my side. Usually, things go okay but too often we listen to our doubts and fears. In reality, it isn’t luck it is just how things play out. It’s a saying that represents the idea of giving it a go and because you had the courage to take a chance, luck will now be on your side. It’s not always about being courageous or doing something incredibly brave. I gave this edition of ‘The Weekly’ the title of Luck favors the brave because it’s one of my favorite sayings and has rung true on multiple occasions this week. It’s honestly one of the most peaceful places I’ve ever visited. I’m feeling incredibly relaxed here and life feels right. Adventures on Madeira are well and truly in full swing.
